The Entertainer and Burger King are the latest brands to join the line-up at the St James retail and leisure scheme in Dover.

The Entertainer, the fastest growing multichannel toy retailer in the UK, has taken a 2,960 sq ft unit, while Burger King has signed for a 2,580 sq ft unit on the ground floor of the Travelodge Hotel.

Both will open this autumn, adding to the 10 existing shops and restaurants at the 157,000 sq ft scheme, owned by Legal & General. The deals mean St James is now 90% let or in solicitors’ hands, with a further three lettings under negotiation.

Anchored by Next and an M&S Foodhall, the development includes Trespass, Superdrug, The Food Warehouse, Shoe Zone, Card Factory, Nandos and Costa Coffee. It also features a six-screen Cineworld, a 108-bed Travelodge and a 24-hour Anytime Fitness, plus 445 parking spaces.

HRH RetailĀ is joint letting agent.
