SAINSBURY’S CHECKS IN TO OXFORD
Sainsbury’s has opened a convenience store at the Royal Oxford Hotel close to the railway station in Oxford.
The space in Park End Street had previously been occupied by a restaurant but has been newly refurbished by the hotel’s private owners to create a 3,950 sq ft ground floor store.
Sainsbury’s has signed for a new lease to March 2033 at a rental of £80,000 per annum. The acquisition further underlines its comprehensive coverage of the area, adding to its seven convenience stores and three main stores in the city.
HRH Retail advised Sainsbury’s.
