NEW DINING BRANDS BOOST DOVER’S LEISURE MIX
Casual dining brands Hancock’s and Kaspa’s are the latest retailers to join Dover’s St James scheme.
Hancock’s American Kitchen & Bar will offer traditional dishes from US southern states, while Kaspa’s will serve hot and cold desserts. They have taken 4,500 sq ft and 2,400 sq ft respectively.
They join Nando’s, Burger King and Costa Coffee at the Legal & General owned retail and leisure scheme, which also features a Travelodge, Cineworld and Anytime Fitness Gym. An M&S Foodhall and Next anchor the 150,000 sq ft development which opened last March.
Legal & General says the increase in the casual dining choices available, alongside the cinema, health club and later store openings, will build a stronger evening economy for the town.
HRH Retail is joint letting agent.
