Sainsbury’s Local have just opened their new Sainsbury’s Local convenience store on the ground floor of the new development at 22 Elephant and Castle, London SE1.

The 4,000 sq ft store occupies a very prominent position overlooking the Elephant and Castle roundabout and adjoining Pret a Manger.

Advised by HRH Retail Sainsbury’s took a new lease for a term of 15 years at £195,000pax with five yearly indexed rent reviews taking possession just prior to Christmas and opening in early March 2022.
