CTZN BREW TO OPEN IN TWICKENHAM
CTZN BREW Brewhouse & Laboratory are to open in the former Crafty Winger pub at 29/31 York Street in Twickenham.
CTZN have built a reputation for making the best quality in beer and are to build a destination and experience that brings people together ‘over the best things in life, such as great beer and food, and a shared desire to make an impact on how businesses deal with climate change’.
Jonathan Sumner commented: ‘We think that great beer is one way we can help change the world, and achieve some ambitious goals to make our beer, our industry, and our planet sustainable for the next generation of craft beer lovers. The Concept; A Brewhouse with amazing craft beer and great food. A place to try new beers, meet with friends, grab a bite to eat, catch up before, during and after a game. We will have monthly Brewmaster Dinners, a ticketed dinner where you get a 4-5 course meal prepared and paired by the Chef and Brewmaster, explaining each dish and its paired beer. We will offer a membership program, as well as other opportunities to get involved in our greater initiative of sustainable brewing and helping battle climate change. Beer Tastings, Beer and Cheese Nights, Tap Takeover’s, New Product Launch Nights, and more.’
The Brewhouse is currently being fitted and should be open by late spring 2021.
